Lovely traditional small hotel. Friendly, efficient staff. Popular with locals so food & drinks must be well thought of! A little dated & 'worn' bedrooms but clean & perfectly adequate. Quaint & cosy.
Lovely place! Traditional, beautiful food! Some of the overnight stay rooms could do with a face lift but are adequately clean. The staff are very helpful.
Room was small and had too much furniture in there for the space, nice views if the kids playground wasn't in the way, room wasn't private and had to keep curtains shut which made it dingy. Might as well have been sharing with guests in room next door as could hear every word, breath and fart due to paper thin walls. Location wise it's a bit in middle of nowhere but we had a walk down to reservoir which was lovely. Customer service was great and staff were helpful from the start of our stay to the end. Food was OK just general pub grub, dining area near the bar is dark and has zero atmosphere. Wouldn't stay here again, not to our liking.
