I bought a citroen c3 desire from stb for 2300 . The sales man called Paul was very friendly and assured me the car was very good so I bought it . When I picked the car up both keyfobs were broken and I was told they were ok . I drove 200 yards to the petrol station and the fob broke into pieces. After 30 min of fixing it I went back to stb and was told they would replace it with new . 2 days later I went back and all they did was use sellotape . I left disgusted but then my troubles started .stb sold me the car and the electric steering moter was faulty after 6 times taking it back cos Paul said it was ok when they had it I was told by Paul well it is only a cheap car. I never got it fixed even though they said they would fix it .stb are not a nice company and I would never recommend them to anyone . Stay away you've been warned.... They are your best friend when they want your money but as soon as you drive off with your car they don't want to know you and when you take the car back for fixing they just look at you like dirt. Please stay away
I can honestly say that Adrian made me a very happy woman!!! The service I received was first class! Very friendly staff. I love love love my new car! Thanks so much you guys!!
